vibecoded/startups is a platform that showcases startups and indie projects built with modern development practices ("vibe-coded"). Users can submit their startups for listing on our platform for a fee.
3. Startup Submission and Payment
- Listing Fee: Submitting a startup for listing on our platform requires a one-time payment of $10 USD.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
- Non-Refundable: All payments are final and non-refundable unless we fail to publish your listing or remove it without cause.
- Publication: Upon successful payment, your startup will be listed on the platform within a reasonable timeframe (typically within minutes).
4. User Responsibilities
By submitting a startup, you agree that:
- You are the owner or authorized representative of the startup
- All information provided is accurate and truthful
- Your startup does not contain or promote illegal content
- Your startup does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your startup is not designed to harm, defraud, or deceive users
- You have the right to use any images, logos, or content submitted
5. Prohibited Content
The following types of startups/content are not permitted:
- Adult or explicit content
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Malware, viruses, or malicious software
- Scams or fraudulent schemes
- Illegal products or services
- Content that violates any applicable laws
6. Our Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Review and approve or reject any startup submission
- Remove any listing that violates these terms
- Modify or update listings for formatting or accuracy
- Suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms
- Change the listing fee with reasonable notice
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting a startup, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display your submitted content (name, tagline, description, screenshots, logo) on our platform and in promotional materials.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from using our service.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.
10. Modifications to Listings
If you need to modify or remove your listing, please contact us at the email address provided below. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
11. Changes to Terms
